pka888 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pka888 website at pka888.net, its mobile-optimised interface, any associated applications, and all services made available thereon.
• "pka888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers or attempts to use an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the Platform, denominated in PKR or a supported crypto currency.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to an Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, USDT, or any other accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and proof of payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

To register an Account with pka888, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a self-excluded Account on pka888 or any other platform operated by the same group.
• All registration information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (JazzCash or EasyPaisa linked), and email address — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed with balances subject to forfeiture.
• Your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and you accept sole responsibility for determining this.

pka888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time upon request will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pka888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pka888 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You agree that all activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility whether or not you personally authorised each action. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pka888 support immediately via live chat so that your Account can be secured.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from Account Settings for maximum security.
• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Do not access your Account from shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

pka888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

pka888 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK interbank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions, which are settled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction for PKR methods; equivalent in USDT for crypto withdrawals.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the pka888 finance team following KYC review.
• Verification Requirement: Full KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes government-issued CNIC verification and confirmation of payment method ownership.
• Transaction Fees: pka888 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pka888 bears no responsibility.

pka888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction where the source of funds is unclear. Transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering or fraud will be frozen pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities as required by the Platform's licensing obligations.

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by pka888 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is displayed in the Promotions section of your Account.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without replacement.
• Abuse Policy: pka888 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, multi-accounting, and exploitation of software errors. Confirmed abuse results in bonus forfeiture, winnings derived from abuse being voided, and potential permanent account closure.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: pka888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to Accounts at the time of suspension will be honoured under the original terms.

All sports betting markets on pka888 — including cricket, football, PSL, and all other covered competitions — are subject to the sporting rules of the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.) as well as pka888's own settlement rules. In the event of conflict, pka888's settlement rules take precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during system latency or connectivity issues may not be accepted — you should verify your bet history before assuming acceptance.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. pka888 uses dynamic pricing and odds can move between the time you request a bet and when it is processed, particularly on in-play markets.
• Void Bets: pka888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the market outcome was determined prior to bet placement — regardless of how the error arose.
• Casino Games: All casino games on pka888 use RNG software certified by independent third-party auditors. The outcome of any spin, hand, or round is final once confirmed by the game server. Client-side display errors do not affect the authoritative server-side result.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted mid-game, pka888's server logs determine the authoritative state of the game. The platform is not liable for losses arising from your connectivity issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pka888 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where legally required, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), including using different names, email addresses, or device identifiers to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players on poker tables, live casino games, or any multi-player format to manipulate outcomes or pool bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform glitches to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from a known or unknown platform error will be voided.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds connected to illegal activity. pka888 monitors for suspicious transaction patterns and is obligated to report confirmed AML concerns to relevant authorities.
• Registering or playing on behalf of a self-excluded player, or otherwise facilitating a prohibited person's access to the Platform.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards pka888 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other channel.

pka888 is a 21+ platform. We take our responsible gaming obligations seriously and provide the following player protection tools, all accessible directly from Account Settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Increases to limits require a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, the Account is locked for further real-money play for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts at 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute intervals. A notification appears at the configured interval with the option to continue or end the session.

All content on the pka888 Platform — including but not limited to the pka888 brand name, logo, visual design system, written content, game interfaces, software code, databases, graphics, sound files, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pka888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from pka888.

Game content — including slot graphics, live casino stream interfaces, and sporting data — is licensed to pka888 by its respective providers (including but not limited to Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City). Unauthorised reproduction of game content constitutes a breach of third-party intellectual property rights and these Terms simultaneously.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pka888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings arising from Platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from your internet connection failure, device malfunction, or third-party software interference.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, etc.) outside pka888's direct control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

pka888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pka888's negligence.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by pka888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at pka888 include: personal data used solely for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations; payment data processed via encrypted channels and never stored on pka888 application servers; no sale of personal data to third parties for marketing purposes; and retention of account records as required by applicable gaming license compliance standards.

pka888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification displayed at next login.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure via live chat before the effective date of the change. Pending balance withdrawals under the prior terms will be honoured for a period of 14 days following the effective date.

In the event of any dispute between you and pka888 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint to pka888 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. pka888 aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.
• Step 2 — Escalation Review: If you are unsatisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter in writing to pka888's compliance team. An escalated review will be completed within 14 calendar days, and a final written decision will be issued.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority under whose jurisdiction pka888 operates. Details of the licensing authority are available upon request from pka888 support.

pka888 does not accept liability for disputes submitted more than 90 days after the event giving rise to the dispute occurred. Time-barred complaints will not be considered under this process.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka888 holds its international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. pka888 acknowledges that certain jurisdictional consumer protection provisions may apply to Pakistani-resident players and will not seek to contractually exclude protections that are non-waivable under applicable law.
